The rates quoted above are for rental of the Pelican Resort Villa only.
They include the services of the staff.
Gratuities to the staff are at your discretion.



TRANSFERS
Transfer to and from Kingston Airport to the Jamaican Pelican Villa via air-conditioned Mini-Bus ranges from $300.ºº - $500.ºº USD return depending upon the number of people to be transported. Up to eight people, plus luggage, can be transported.

 

TERMS

  1. A 25% non-refundable deposit of the rental charge is required within 14 days of booking to reserve the desired week(s).
  2. The remaining balance is due in full 45 days prior to your reservation date .

Rental weeks are on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
(More flexibility can be arranged in low season)
