Living Space
A spacious living room with three sets of french doors overlooks the ocean. Three large bedrooms (one also including a set of bunk beds) accommodate up to eight guests. Two full bathrooms and one half-bath provide for your comfort. A well-equipped kitchen and professional cook prepare meals to your taste. Daily maid service is also provided including laundry. All linens and towels are provided. Guests need only bring their personal effects.

Dining
A formal interior dining room plus a huge covered patio dining area overlook the ocean. Meals can be informal or formal - as you wish. The talented chef prepares Jamaican and American cuisine including fresh lobster, crab and many varieties of fish. Candlelight dinners on the dining deck will be a highlight of your visit. The table is set with the finest linen and china while your every need is promptly met by our accommodating Butler.

Rest & Relaxation
The Pelican has several areas to sit back and relax. At the west end of the Villa, a multi-level patio/lounge with BBQ provides ocean access to safe, clean swimming with a sand bottom. A quiet area at the west corner is best for cocktails at sunset. On the east end there is a large deck, adjacent to the sea, with lounge chairs, a Gazebo and a small boat for exploring the waters inside the reef. And be sure to try the three comfortable lounges on the dining deck.
